Duct 23

Born in Takasaki, Japan, Yuu Asaka studied art at Akita University. During his third year, he decided to make a puzzle as part of an assignment. He wanted to exploit unspoken assumptions and rules created by humans and came up with an amazing puzzle that needs to be solved with "out of the box thinking". He is the creator of Jigsaw 29 - the puzzle that won the "Honorable Mention" award at the Nob Yoshigahara Puzzle Design Competition 2018. After that, he went on to create a long series of puzzles called "Play Time"; Jigsaw 19, Wave 5, Wave 7, Ice 9, etc.

And now the latest, the nineteenth in the series; DUCT23!

Duct23 is not the hardest in the series, according to Yuu Asaka's own system difficulty level 2.5 on a scale of 1-5. But if you have solved previous models of Yuu Asaka's puzzles, you will notice that he surprises again. This time perhaps with something you could call double deception...
